胡洪波 国家“杰青”、“青千”,重庆国际免疫研究院副院长,四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室研究员,四川大学华西医院免疫和血液研究中心主任,博士生导师。毕业于中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院,免疫学博士,在美国贝勒医学院、MD安德森癌症中心任博士后、讲师。2015年入职四川大学。主要从事免疫细胞发育和功能的分子机制研究。在国际权威学术期刊Nature,Immunity,Journal of Experimental Medicine,Cell Research等发表论文50余篇。承担科技部重点研发专项、国自然等国家级项目8项,累计经费超过2000万元。担任CellularMolecular Immunology, Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer 和Cancer Letters编委。担任中国免疫学会青工委主委,中国病理生理学会实验血液学专委会委员,中国细胞生物学会青工委委员、细胞免疫分会委员。

近五年主要研究成果如下:(1) 在免疫细胞发育方面,解析了人类胸腺器官早期发生、发育的关键时间,人T细胞起源的异质性;解析了胚胎期人天然淋巴细胞从造血干祖细胞向各谱系发育的关键阶段和调节机制,相关成果发表在Immunity,Cell Research上,并受邀在Trends In Immunology 总结和评述近期国际上T细胞发育研究进展。(2) 在免疫系统功能评价方面,深入解析了调控免疫细胞功能信号通路和蛋白质翻译后修饰,相关成果发表在Nature,Journal of Experiential Medicine,Cell Research, Cellular & Molecular Immunology等上。
